Day Twenty One
I rather foolishly left today’s bike ride until after exercise in the park so after doing an hour of boxing I then took off and did a couple of laps round Annandale for a fairly paltry 5.2 km.
I was going to write last week’s write up but I’m absolutely shattered so I’ll try and do it tomorrow.
